Made the Trek into Nashville today to the UPS customer service center, to return the Ruger back for repairs, no issues, guy did not freak out, no hassell, he even took care to package it nice!y.
Not what i was expecting.

Indeed I sent ups corporate an email expressing my excellent customer service experience there, and the name of the associate.

I had good experiences with FedEx but unfortunately can't say the same with UPS.

I have had good experiences with the UPS hub in Castleton(?). Had to ship the same AK-74 twice, maybe two years apart, and the same guy happened to help me both times. No freak out, just friendly, but not intrusive, conversation about the firearm.

The UPS hub is in Nashville, home of a lot of Fruits,Nuts and Flakes. The fact that the associate even did his job let alone not being an ...hat in the process and actually being polite was amazing.
