I fear for the future of our country. This is NAZI level people control to turn citizens into serfs.

5 round limit? So they're pretty much limiting handguns to either 5 shot revolvers or derringers. :n00b: And everyone is for "training" right? How much training is going to get done with only 20 rounds being able to be bought in a month. Wow.

Outrageous. How can such flagrant violations of the second Amendment be possible? Why do we constantly have to defend our basic constitutional rights.

Lawsuits would certainly follow passage of such bills. Perhaps after an extended period of time, the SCOTUS might strike it down, but the pain and agony for citizens is something that should not be happening. How can states just pass any garbage laws they feel like they can get away with? What protects citizens from political majorities that come and go from passing insane bills like this one?

Back in the day a politician proposing this type of nonsense would have had their house burned down by angry townspeople.

Or ridden out of town on a rail (after being tarred and feathered).
