Their customer service is second to none. And by that, I mean no one has worse customer service than PSA. I refuse to do business with them. I would rather pay more at another retailer than ever have any interaction with PSA ever again. I won't knock their products, but remember, PSA doesn't actually make anything. The 4 PSA lowers I have are all Aero Precision. They buy in bulk from where they can, and brand it with their logo.
