Not getting e-mail notifications

Today I noticed that I am not getting e-mail notifications for threads I am subscribed to. Is this on my end? Or something wonky within INGO? Thanks.

I think something has been wonky today. Slow off and on, for a bit early this afternoon we reset to two weeks ago.

Email notifications? People actually leave INGO long enough to need that?
