You're correct. It's a striker fired gun, so there is no DA/SA, it's just a consistent ~5lb trigger. Also of note, this is a first gen P10c. You can tell by the small ambi mag release.

^^^^Yup. I have seen these as low as $375 other places. You need the model number 91531 to get the gen 2 version. They are usually over $400.
