    Straight Shooter Enterprises will host a Gun and Knife show this weekend, July 6th and 7th, in Seymour.

    The show is being held at The Pines Evergreen Room at 4289 N US31.

    This venue is south of US50 on US31.

    Saturday 9:00 to 5:00
    Sunday 9:00 to 3:00

    Admission $6

    Nice little show today. Had a good mix of old and new I thought (I really wasn't paying attention to the new though.) Lots of wood and steel, milsurp and older sporting guns. Still kind of kicking myself that I didn't make an offer on one Mauser sporter I saw.

    Lots of revolvers too...

    Well darn. I learned a valuable lesson today. The time to buy something is when you see it. Went back down to Seymour today and the rifle was gone. :(

    No, but the seller at the show mentioned that he saw someone on INGO talking about a Mauser sporter last night. I told him, "That was ME!" :): It really was a nice looking rifle. It had been sporterized back in the 50's (K98 converted to .308) and had a beautiful stock with several inlays. Just looked like an old classic hunting rifle. Dummy me... :wallbash:
