I've actually done this at an IDPA match in Parma, Idaho. Huge range and we had all kinds of cool shoots there.

Night shoots, shooting from moving golf carts, driving a lawn tractor while shooting, shooting off the back of a "Gator" as it moves up the range, suspended from a parachute harness and being jerked around...all kinds of stuff. All perfectly safe and great fun!
