Finally a show closer to my area. Southeast Indiana.

The last one was pretty good. I don't know if I'll make this one or not. The last one broke my heart when I failed to buy a rifle that I was "thinking about" on Saturday. When I talked myself into it and drove back down (from Indy) on Sunday, it was gone. :( "Think long, think wrong" applies...

Glad I went. Talked myself out of a 1994-2004 era Colt rifle. Serial started CSL, but had some originality issues. Also had a plastic butt stock door and plastic buffer. Colt did some goofy things in that time frame. It did have a replacement Colt Govt. profile barrel though. It should have been a light weight 16 inch with no flash hider. Think he was asking $900 ish for it. Talked to Mauser Mike (I always learn something from Mike) and the retro guy just in the door. Thought I saw a retro Colt 3x or 4x scope for $165. About ripped my pants pocket off until I noticed it was a "Red Star" reproduction. All in all a good Saturday. BTW I've never seen so many Randall knives in one place.
