I met up with a fellow Ingo'er this morning to sell a box of ammo, trade looks at each others Arisaka's, and put a few rounds down range.
It was a short meet, with only a handful of rounds shot, but it was a very enjoyable outing.

He brought his wife and stepson, his Arisaka, and a Swedish Mauser. I brought my Arisaka and the ammunition for 7.7x58Jap.
We shot the Arisaka's, then the Mauser, then both our carry pieces, his .38spl and my .44spl.
After shooting we swapped a few stories from our military days, and then it was over.

It was really not much to talk about, but I did have a great Sunday morning.
I always enjoy meeting new gun fans.

Over my years on this site I've met with a dozen or so members.
I have yet to find one I didn't like.

Think I might stick around here for a bit...:ingo:

Yep. I’ve never attended a meet-n-greet, a 2-A rally, or something as huge as the NRA show where the folks hadn’t been polite, respectful, nice, etc.
