I go to Winamac as well. It cost nothing to shoot there and is one of the nicest state ranges. It is a well kept jewel among state shooting ranges. It has built in shooting benches on concrete with overhead cover. Concrete sidewalks down to the backstop/target back boards. Range master is firm but fair. Paved parking area. You must carry a sign in card while shooting and the range master will check.

To go with the above the Winamac FWA also has (just down the road). A VERY nice skeet/trap shooting range with a pavilion with table and benches and paved parking, paved sidewalks to shooting stations. Shooting stations have concrete with overhead cover. You just bring your own clay birds and thrower and ammo. Was just there two weeks ago.:rockwoot:

Oh yeah...it is closed Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Do I need papers to go outside?

No. In fact they encourage people to go outside to get exercise. You can go to parks (practice social distancing of course), walk your dog, jog, etc.. State Police even made a statement saying that it would take something pretty extreme (speeding, wreckless driving) for them to pull you over. They're not stopping people just for driving or to check for proof that their travel is "essential".
