My wife and I had the pleasure of introducing our niece to firearms and firearms safety today. After going over the four rules of gun safety, instruction on how to grip the firearm and use the sights, she was ready to go. First shot, almost dead center. The next four were almost as good.

I absolutely love seeing a new shooter succeed. I consider it a privilege to show a younger generation that guns aren’t bad. Guns aren’t evil. It was a great day at the gun range!

I feel sad that 175 people have viewed this awesome post about introducing, and training new shooters, and only 4 have replied.

Maybe not everyone can relate to the post, at least not yet in their life. I vividly remember those that taught me and shared their love and appreciation of shooting, and I consider it my duty and a privilege to pass that on. It’s clear you get it.

I've been allow the honor of introducing a few people to shooting. Nothing like making memories while passing the torch.
