Hi all! Although I did a decent amount of hunting (.22 and shotgun) and a little bit of handgun shooting as a kid, I have only shot a gun a time or two in the last 20 years. While I learned the general principles of gun safety, marksmanship, etc. from my dad, I have only recently become interested in learning a bit about defensive shooting (I know... me and everyone else). I definitely think I would benefit from some classes, so I thought I would poll the community here on some reputable places to take in-person classes in the Indy area. I live downtown so the closer is better, but I would be willing to drive for a significant difference in quality.
On the flip side of recommendations, if anyone has had a poor experience in the area, I'd also like to know of places about which I may want to be cautious. Thanks!
