HASTINGS SHOTGUNS

I was at walmart the other day and I saw a HASTINGS SHOTGUN, I have never heard of that maker and was wondering if any of you guys have heard about this maker.They were asking 100.00 for a shotgun,it had wood stock and looked like steel reciever but it was behind glass and couldnt see very well.No associate in sight.Son in law needs a chipmunk slayer.

Hastings is an old name in shotgun BARRELS, I was/am unaware that they are in the full gun game. $100 retail for a shotgun seems insane.

Noticed Dunhams has started to sell a low cost single shot also based off the Beretta folding design, while I didn't look closely at it suspect it's the same firearm.
