When we hit the 1500 yesterday morning at opening, I made a beeline to the concession stand next to the INGO booth to pick up a side of bacon and some coffee to get the day started on the right foot. A very good way to start the morning!
I usually just fry up a pound a week all at once to save myself the effort of repeatedly doing it throughout the week. this way i have a ziplock in the fridge...kind of like a keg. bottomless.
