    That reminds me. At my range, after hours, the instructors occassionally have "golf ball shoots" with .22 semi-autos. We each put a different colored golf ball in the dirt about ten feet from the firing line. The first one to shoot his golf ball across the 50 yard marker wins. Of course, one really good shot can potentially get the job done, but that is pretty rare with the .22s. And it can be a great way to practice tactical reloads of you don't get the job done with one mag. Great fun!!

    what shot would one use?

    Ive shot gold balls with #7 but with em going that fast id go with a high brass #5 or 6s needs a lot of speed and still punch.

    When I bought my 22S the guys at the gun shop were talking about using one like you mentioned Gun Lawyer. They said it was a lot of fun. The next time I went in I told the guy that I tried it but got asked to leave the driving range as I was scaring the other golfers.:D He spit coffee all over the counter.
