I've seen all the pics of the highly polished, well-oiled safe queens in various threads.

What I would like to see is photos of the handgun/shotgun/rifle you've ran thousands of rounds of ammunition through.

The one that flawlessly runs magazine after magazine and begs for "just one more".

That rifle you took to a training class and ran through hell.

That 12 gauge that puts meat on the table, but has little finish left.

That pistol that you may bet your life on someday.

    Bring out the ugly guns!

He's a quick one! Fixed before I could post.

What's the round count on the P30?

I've got about 1200 rounds through it....
I purchased it used. It had seen maybe 500 rounds before me...

It's been dropped on crushed rock, stepped on, dirt kicked on it, carried every day for weeks. It'll look a lot worse before it's no longer functional ;)

My 10-year-old S&W 908, next to the Glock 30 that it's being retired for. Never had a problem with the 908 in thousands of rounds downrange, looking forward to the same experience on the Glock.

    870a.jpg

    Remington 870 Express
    18.5" barrel
    4+1
    Walnut stock and forend
    ZERO tacticooly whiz-bang gadgets (K.I.S.S.)

Puchased used - unknown round count
800rds by yours truly (to increase very soon.......hopefully)

I use this shotgun for everything i can:

    Steel matches
    Hunting
    Defense
    Clays etc

If Indiana would issue a License To Carry Shotgun (LTCS) I'd have no use for anything else.

I guess I should put a picture of my Glock 22. It was a police trade in, when I got it. I've put nearly 5,000 rounds through it. The slide is more tenifer than bluing.

I have lost the round count. Its under 5K though.

I sent it off to Robar for NP3 treatment on the barrel, grip safety, mag release, trigger, take down and the pins. That stuff is SLICK.

    How about this.

These were seeing heavy use before most of us were even alive.

The Enfield was made in the 30's and the Webley in 1914 and have seen some use since (especially the Webley). Nothing like "being used" in possibly two world wars. :D

Close up on the Webley (ignore the P7M8 if you can ;) ).

Well, it's not very old, and I don't think she's ugly, but this is my Ruger SP101. Bought it in April, have 1300 rounds through it so far. Nary a problem. Looks like she'll get a break though, since we just moved to Indiana and I'm trying to figure out if we really have to wait 90 days to apply for our LTCF as someone told me today.
