    The new airport Stasi got their butts handed to them when a guys case came before a jury. They had tacked a bunch of charges on him and not one made it through. The law is reasonably clear. You don't have to show ID in order to fly and you can video record pretty much where ever you wish in a public space. Good for this jury.
    Oh, and for those who keep maundering on about there being no right to fly...you're wrong. The laws are pretty clear on that one, too, apparently.
    The Airline Deregulation Act of 1978 apparently addresses that very issue, (and the TSA is required to take that in to account in formulating their regs).

    Every so often the good guys do win.

    COOL !!! I did not know he had a court date ... these small victories give me some hope of a turn around .
    I think the people are starting to get a belly full of government and in particular the scum that is employed at the Terror SturmAbteilung

    We have the right to do many things that are not enumerated _- Why eles the 9th amendment ... The founders knew some one would come along to abrogate the rights of the people written or other wise .

    9th - The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

    watch out,,,the police staters are just going to hate that we have a right to travel,,,and the republicans are going to hate that reference to international law and international human rights...

    this country is getting so bad that our only protection from the police and our government might end up being un human rights...

    In light of this statement, is it out of the question to expect a retraction of your "sky is falling" concern over Lugar's imminent re-election?
    Nope. Lugar's upcoming victory is just a fact of life. He's not going to lose the primary in this state and he certainly won't lose the election either. In '06 he got nearly 1.2 MILLION votes in the election. Can't say that I've seen anywhere near that many people at TEA Party events in this state. He's also got million of dollars and is making more every day. The state GOP supports him, not some would be challenger. This is not even an uphill battle for his opponents, it's like climbing the Alps.
