    It's another way of understanding what is a natural right. A natural right can be exercised without anyone else being required to do anything. You can't have a right that requires someone else to take an action.

    Also, any action that does not directly affect someone else comes under the heading of a natural right.

    That can't be right, the organizer in cheif says our Constitution is “a charter of negative liberties”

    That doesn't sound good. We should probably change it to be more positive.
