Ummm, unlikely. Romney does not even see his taxes until they are delivered to his house by the attorneys for his signature.

Romney is smart enough not to end up like Blair Hull or Jack Ryan.

Obama can only win elections by having the Media drag his opponent down with sealed records. He did it with Hull. He did it with Ryan.

Axelrod the Assassin needs to lie about something to re-create Hull and Ryan. Why not use tax returns that most people do not understand.
