Solid evidence, once again, that public education is in the business of fashioning young socialists rather than teaching useful knowledge and skills, and its practitioners are not above lying to get that job done.

What about Heller v. DC? Or the Chicago case?

The SCOTUS separated the preamble, put the 2A in the context its authors had meant it, and clarified that the right applies to individuals, while simultaneously striking down illegal laws banning concealed carry.

The worst thing this paper says is that the entire Constitution is a "living document". God help us. If any tyrant can interpret our rights as he sees fit, then we have no Constitution protecting us at all.

I'm guessing this was at least produced before Heller, but even so it is still patently wrong. I agree the worst line was"the interpretation changes to meet the needs of the times." Why even have a constitution if that's your view? Seriously, what use could it be? Whoever created this piece of crap should be publicly executed.

Wait, I'm not allowed to vent? Every response must be weighed and reasonable? Oops, my bad.
(PS All of the times I said Kobe should die in a fire, I didn't really want him to) :)

Aside from this being apiece of trash and not worth the paper it is printed on, hasn't the National Guard transformed from being a State governed military reserve unit into an extension of the standing armed forces under the direct control of the Federal government and the President? So what State controlled militia now preserves the security of a free State?
