Buy a Gun - OR - be a Responsible Citizen...???

On the radio today I heard a projection that 3 to 4 million people will go out this week and buy a new gun or ammunition they would not have bought were it not for the 'Orlando shooting'..........

What if 3 to 4 million letters were sent to all the elected legislators by all these "responsible gun owners"....??????

GET OFF YOUR BUTTS and hold their feet to the fire.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Write the federal legislators and tell them NO COMPROMISE.
• ALSO write your state legislators and governor and tell them as well, so they have the gonads to DEFY any federal legislative nonsense.
• AND write your county officials to let them know they are the last line in the sand, and need to uphold their Oath to protect the Constitution.

Writing your representatives in government, at all levels, is part of the duties of a responsible citizen. By all means write letters. In fact, if anybody has a good form letter they use, please post it so make it a bit easier on those who may not be as.... motivated.

While you can e-mail, mailed letters tend to be better. They're harder to ignore.

Unique letter composed by writer and signed is best. Form letters get ignored as astroturf. When you get one back from your representative, how does it make you feel?
