Unjust enrichment. You could cover a lot that connected contractors and their crooked government friends collect with those two words.

It will be back after some legal tweaking and payoffs.

    Always follow the money

With respect to freedom from state-sponsored robbery, we also recently won a case against red light cameras that caused Columbus and Cinncinnati to rip out their installations and sent the Reflex CEO to jail for 30 months for bribing elected officials. Sadly, to date, no elected officials have been brought before the bench to answer for taking the bribes

Drove through there last weekend and LOL'd all the way through. If you pay close attention to how signs are set up you can see the whole crappy place is one big speed trap. At least now they have to use real cops.

And bears in the air. You certainly don't get to cross-examine your actual accuser in court in that situation either

I heard years ago that there is/was an easy way to beat this.

IANAL so for what it's worth, here goes: When in court and the officer who pulled you over starts to tell how fast you are going, you object as this is hearsay evidence and cannot be used. As the officer in the air is not there 99% of the time AND you are entitled to a speedy trial, case goes away.

    Regards,

    Doug
