Loons are everywhere these days, Goodwill of all places.
    .

I've responded to a few Goodwill robberies over the years. I'm always a little amazed. Goodwill? Really? A robbery is a robbery, at least go somewhere that's worth the charge.

Seriously? I've been known to check out the thrift store occasionally....and I've ALWAYS found some loons there.

I always figured you and the boys carved your own.....

I would imagine Goodwill is one place where a majority of customers still pay with cash rather than plastic. And I can't say I've ever seen anyone there that is easily identified as security or loss prevention.

I can see why some might consider a Goodwill or other thrift store as a soft target.

I'll not identify the chain, but there's a very cash heavy business with no security that has an incredibly bad floor plan for security. It's like a robber designed it.

Goodwill is not what I would hit unless I just needed money for the laundromat.

Big brave guy, robs a place run by little old ladies and handicapped people that sells used t shirts for a quarter. Pretty soft and insignificant target, even for his social circle. I'll bet he does not get nominated for terrorist of the year.

The Muslim Center is right across the parking lot from that Goodwill. Maybe he got fired up and hit the first place he saw.

So in the report it said that it may have started over a refusal to convert to Islam. Not a really well thought out plan. "Join my religion or I will beat the **** out of you!" Makes me want too sign right up!

My guess would be some of these check cashing/payday loan establishments.
