This is my shocked face. The suspect is a convicted felon (aggravated manslaughter plus another 6 years for racketeering while in prison), gang member, released early from prison, but he would have been an upstanding member of society if not for guns.

Another key promise of Murphy was to “expand re-entry services, so that the people coming out of prison have the support they need to return to productive lives” – a measure that should have supposedly prevented Wells’ shooting spree.
