    Even though I think the specifics of the case go both ways this is a good thing for signalling to an overreaching oppressive government bureaucracy that thinks it can do as it pleases.

    Anyway, while this is wonderful news, it begs the question, 'If he was going to do this, why wait until now?' You'd almost think he was keeping it in his back pocket, waiting for when he needed some political brownie points.
