The federal Statue of Limitations is 5 years for felonies and I don't know about misdemeanors. Unless the specific code authorizes a longer one, that's the default.

So there's still hope for Clinton (plural) prosecution?

No need to limit yourself to possible murder(s). I am sure that witch has broken many other laws in the last two/five years.
