Could the educators in our area be promoting some very Anti-Cop, Anti-Government skits, band performances, or other organized training to further their Very Far Left agendas?

So far, one place in the country. Do you have any reason to believe it’s a trend coming here?

Could you agree that this Band Halftime performance was done in bad taste?..
    Um....yes. Why do you ask?

No reason to believe that this is a trend here in the US..YET..Should we not be concerned about this until it becomes "a trend"?

If this were a trend of the blah blah agenda, and it was moving across the country. What could you do about it?

Basically, it would cover the news cycle for a little while. Experts on both sides yelling into microphones on the news. Some knee jerk policies would be out in place in some schools. Then when the news stopped caring they would get everyones blood boiling over russia-whatever or stormy-this. Or restrictions on voting rights yadda yadda.

Sometimes things spread like a fad. Sometimes, they're isolated or contained to certain regions, demographics, socio-economic groups. Yep, it's kind of sick and it seems to me to be reflective of some peoples' views on law enforcement. Probably, OP, the better point is to be aware that it has happened and watch for it to matacitize to other places. Will this particular example? I doubt it. Don't know. But the mindset that breeds these actions is not confined to some high school in MS.

I can see punishing the kids as wrong. But if they didn't agree could they have quit band or convinced the "teacher" to change the show? But it's the band. No one watches it anyway. They are just filler for restroom and snack breaks.

Coming across as Move on--Nothing to see here..

The topic was started with the question as to whether it is going on "here". Have you seen any evidence of this? I haven't. This means that there is, literally, "nothing to see here."

You want to be angry about what some idiots a thousand miles away did that everyone agrees was in poor taste and imagine it's a nationwide trend, go ahead.

I was curious as to whether there was any evidence that this sort of thing was getting more popular or was occurring right here in Indiana. I see that it is not.
