Interesting that he broke from his fellow "Conservative" Justices in deciding to not hear the Planned Parenthood case.

Because he wants to avoid an opinion that looks political.

The case actually had merit, but PP was a stand in on it. There are other cases out there that argue the same thing but with Local County Hospital instead of PP.
