There is only a few older Dems that still think that the party line is the same as it was in the 60's & 70's. That party boat has long sailed and we are left with the Dems of 1-2-3 time out youth (Libababies)! The spoiled little kids that got Trophy's for losing, are taught that they are special, God forbid they learn the Agony of Defeat! Protected from the mean cruel world by the Parents, teachers, College till they get out 4-5 years later with thier "Communications" degree and are not qualified to hold down a Burger King job! Won't take a City job like Fireman, Policeman or any of the Trades cause they were told they are worth more, BETTER than that. Live in the Parents house till they are 30? Use what they have been taught all their lives and cry when they feel left out, ignored, not treated special or feel jaded.......Then they all get together and protest (pout) about the POTUS, Ice caps, Universal gender..blah blah blah!
I know both Parties are changing....the older I get the more stupid crap I see? They have taken God out of Schools, Xmas, not trying not to write their own history but erase what's there! Taken down flags, Burning the American flags at their safe little College's. Smoking dope, partying.......This is the start of the end, every Generation gets worse? Next thing we will she is Caitlyn[FONT=Roboto, arial, sans-serif] [/FONT]Jenner as POTUS!

I mostly agree with you but when you say "take God out of schools" and follow that up with "Xmas" it's kind of ironic. Many Christians don't use the term "Xmas" since many atheists think of Xmas" as taking (X out) Christ out of Christmas. My 2 cents.

It's true - I write "Xmas" a lot. I also write, "Xtian" and "Xty". I learned that while taking copious notes in my history classes. Abbreviations prevent hand cramps.

...but I get it, classical education isn't popular among the kneejerk set.

Oh, and while I think the schools and the law have gone overboard with the "freedom from religion" rather than simply no coercing religious participation (which is what I think the Founders meant), the last thing I want is public school teachers leading prayers and the such.

I have had this discussion with nieces and nephews that refuse to admit they are progressive socialists but still say Gov. is not doing enough.
My last argument was that they should just admit it. Own it. Be all that you can be.

As long as the Democratic party can steer the individual to the thinking of the mob then the erosion of the morality and values of our country will continue.
I'm not sure when it started, by who, or why (follow the money and power) but it's effectiveness is growing.
I'm thinking this movement got a foothold in the media and fertilized this mission.
Seeds planted on both sides of the political parties can easily hide or divert thinking away from the roots or source.
I don't see the Republican signs hanging on many puppets being all that different when it comes right down to it.
ALL politicians must be held accountable to our laws and system and under no circumstances should they be exempt or immune from the original concepts or our Constitution.

This all took good solid start in Chicago when you and I were still trying to figure out woodstock. Those people are running the show now.

I would have to argue that it had a hold long before that.
I'm not sure how to properly phrase it but didn't the Founding Fathers scribe our Constitution to where there wouldn't be "Mob Rule"??
