AOC gets a care package

This is awesome.

For those of you who dont know, there is a great Libertarian author named Connor Boyack. He writes very entertaining childrens books which teach principles of liberty and basic economics. Topics like distilling "The Law" by Frederick Bestiat into something a 10 yo can understand easily, as well as other topics like Inflation, the free market, etc.

So somebody apparently sent the entire series to AOCs office with a letter.

The letter reads, in part:

Congratulations on your successful run for Congress! The entire nation is eager to watch the progress the 116th Congress will make in securing and facilitating the rights of the People, and the continued growth of our nation's prosperity!

It is imperative for the future success of the People and their representatives to start this legislative journey with their best foot forward. However, based on your knowledge and understanding of the legislative process and American economic philosophies expressed thus far, we're concerned that you may need a little refresher in the ideals that have made and continue to make this nation of people great. With that in mind, we wanted to send you this welcome package, filled with a wealth of information, to help you on your way!

The package was sent to her congressional office, which confirmed receipt. The group behind this is raising funds to send books to more elected officials—who, let's be honest, could really stand to learn from them.

This is awesome. But I'm sure they are already in the dumpster.

That's cute.

If she took the time to read one, she would see that this is harmful to her ideology and wouldnt want kids' mushy brains filled with such garbage.

But you could be right. She might if she wasnt familiar with his work, and thought "somebody pranked me by sending me (plain old) children's books"

ETA: And wouldnt that be rich? if she had donated them, it would go toward teaching future leaders that her ideas/ideals are wrong.

Occasional Cortex doesn't want Americans who work for what they have to prosper, she wants to take what those who worked for what they have and "redistribute" (steal) it from them by force of law and give it to criminal aliens and others who are parasites as unto herself. Socialist = thief, socialism = organised crime, communist = murderer, communism = mass murder. Sociopath Cortex and her allies won't be swayed by books, facts, history, or the constitution, hers is a revolution against the revolution, a return to despotism. Odd how some of the generation of Casio Quartz thinks it is the measure of what is good and evil, right and wrong, when it can't even tell what gender it is. Remember, all socialists want to do is to free men... from their money, property, and eventually their lives.
