    While I'm sure it will never be investigated, it would be interesting to see where the expenditures in this area go and how they are accounted for. The city employee's comments seem to convey jealousy more than anything, maybe there's a reason.

    I believe 10 point has good intentions and they were already in place when our bad behavior earned us a grant for community outreach. Now that 10 point is receiving that grant money, you hold them to a standard that's in direct correlation to crime. Not unlike the mayor. So crime goes up, they all start looking like clowns.

    I'm sure money is wasted, it always is. I don't know enough about 10 point to have an opinion, but I do support the idea of changing culture in order to combat crime.

    You can't legislate or police your way to morality.
