Commenters were by and large okay with this couple getting stopped at gunpoint. Canadians are different...

Those were some young criminals in the back seat. They should have left a tip the last time they stopped to eat.

My dad had that happen to him while driving us kids home one day. Police cars swarming in from everywhere, one guy jumped on the trunk with a shotgun. When they came up and saw us strapped in the back seat they apologized and let him go on his way. Apparently, looking for a bank robber with the same kind of car.

I can't believe the Mounties felt the need to look through the car and check the trunk after the two people who got out of the car were obviously not the two they were looking for.
