So, A.O.C. now feels like she's in charge of the Democratic party.
I hear on the news that she has been told by the party that they will not back some of her far-left wing-nut ideas, so she's decided to withold her party "dues".
She is supposed to relinguish $250k to the DCCC for party use, but she doesn't want to play their game if they're not going to play hers.

This is only going to get better as we get closer to November.

She is a true believer and as such is dangerous to the dem party that needs moderates to legislate anything. She does not care if Trump is reelected if she must compromise her far left beliefs. She is aligned with the Bern and if he is slighted by the party she may well help bern it down.

More in the primary election thread...

whoa, whoa, whoa! You think she actually wants Trump unseated? That would require individual adherence to belief. She KNOWS that to expand her brand of lunacy, she needs Trump to win.

The other side of it is she's recently elected from bartending, remember how it was big news that she couldn't afford an apt till after she started getting the paychecks? she's not old money like the rest of the career politicians so she doesn't have 250k of corporate buyout cash sitting in her back pocket to give like you or I would spend $5.

Not wanting to support the Brobdingnagian establishment that isn't serving her interests: is that so different from gun owners not wanting to shell out cash year after year to the NRA because they've negotiated so much away?

Just like the NRA members, if it so outrages her (them) she (they) can leave?!
