Chief justice calls on Indiana courts to hear 'the voices that cry out in our streets and towns'

"We must acknowledge and confront the reality that our fellow community members say is their experience. And it is imperative we take action to change that experience — not ignore, justify or disparage it," Rush said.

If she wants to be a politician then let her resign her judicial post and run for office. Then she can hear all the voices she wants to and suggest the "changes" she feels important.

What a bunch of crap. Why listen to the misinformed masses? These idiots protesting are just spewing the garbage the left has fed them. I would defend their right to peacefully protest, but I sure as hell am not going to listen to, or care about their message. Especially not when they're run by or marching with groups like BLM and Antifa.

Uh, wouldn't it be better if we tried to match people's lived experience with reality as closely as possible? Like the viral video of the dude who ended up losing a leg or whatever because he can't read directions. I imagine his lived experience with tannerite is not all that good. Maybe the dude thinks the people who make it and sell it are a bunch of *******s. Are they? Maybe there are some more important facts out there yet discovered, that give a clearer understanding of reality. Maybe he'd still have his leg if he read the directions and made sure he was far enough away given the amount he used. Because. It blows **** up. Maybe understanding reality helps your leg not to be some of the **** it blows up. You know. Just a non-racial example of the importance of someone's lived experience actually being measured against a more objective version of reality.
