Is anyone else surprised that IndyStar has published multiple articles regarding "endorsement" made by Jennifer McCormick?

    https://www.indystar.com/story/news...-endorses-dr-woody-myers-governor/5825355002/

    https://www.indystar.com/story/news...mick-endorsing-democrats-election/5819384002/

I find these articles interesting only in they appear to blatantly push a political angle, with no investigative effort.

Is anyone surprised by an educator steeped in the collectivist culture of public education, only being able to keep up the fiction of being somewhat conservative for so long? I mean she was probably better than the last one in that position, but still a RINO.

IndyStar has simply turned into a cesspool of yellow journalism, along with most of the IND area mass market news outlets. / end rant /

Yeah I've noticed the same thing. Been meaning to start a thread on Indy Star but I might just piggy back here. I've been a longtime newspaper reader (55+ yrs ) but I'm ready to throw in the towel with this rag. Just the same ole SJW crap day after day. About the only thing that keeps my interest is high school sports since all of the major league teams have sold out to the "feel good movement".
Anywho does anybody know of an alternative source for local news besides the local broadcast news websites ? Speaking of which, I'm just about fed up with my evening newscasts as well. You can definitely tell where they get their marching orders from (NBC).

I've always been a fan of WTHR for local news, but recently I too have noticed that they've edged ever leftward. Not as shrill as the national crew, but they're trending that way.

Yes, especially after President Trump called out the education in the USA for what it is,,Socialist Indoctrination. I am sure many educators now have defected to the left. Hell, they dont want to have to re-learn a new curriculum to teach. Especially if they are the result of the leftist education themselves.

All the 'newspapers' are owned by a small group of media companies that control the narrative. The 'free Press' only exists outside of corporate media. Unfortunately those publications are marginalized and have very limited circulation.
