My somewhat informed non-medical diagnosis is something looks a lot like a stroke. My Dad had something similar several years ago.

    Prayers and best wishes.

Assuming an ischemic stroke (kind of a big assumption), if he is a candidate, they can get a clot-buster (tPA?) on board and it can be amazing how quickly the situation can improve.

Prayers to him and his family. The guy makes more sense having a stroke than Joe Biden does normally.

Ron Paul is a stunning man, he's lived in politics all of his life and yet he hasn't been corrupted by it.

I think that qualifies one for the status of sainthood.

I think he's a good man. One of the few ever to go through DC. God bless him in his time of difficulty. He is a blessing to liberty in this ugly world.

My money is on a Transient Eschemic Attack (TIA). Often stroke-like and resolve in a couple hours. Many times, it is a precursor to a full on stroke.
