Salmon run NWI

Are the Salmon running in Salt or Trail creek? This is one thing I miss.

I used to fish trail creek years ago and it was a blast when they were running. If I remember right they should be starting to run.

I was a master on that creek when I lived in Portage. I used to know all the secret spots to fish, and all the sneaky ways to access them. I miss the hell outta that salmon run, myself.

Once in M.City.on Trail Creek,south of 35, the DNR had a net across the creek,and had em backed up for a 1/8 mile.they were so thick,you could almost walk on em.They had a semi trk/trailor and were milking them.Big tanks of gooooooooooooooooooooooh. I think we are still a couple weeks out.
