Starve Hollow Fishing

Headed down to give fishing a shot. Have never been. Will be bringing my Jon boat.

Anybody have a report from there. Tips for fishing that particular lake or area. Will be staying a few days.

I heard good reports last year of nice bluegill. Please keep us informed.

Shallow lake...Nice bluegill fishing...I used to belly boat and fly fish it a lot back before I got married....

Sweet! Will bring the medium light spinning gear then and maybe a cat rod for evening.

Was planning on going last year although things came up and we couldn't make it.

Report time!

Lake was in good shape for fishing. Gave up on gills pretty quick. Nothing of any size or any takers on a Gulp maggot under a cork.

Broke out casting equipment. Reeled in ten large mouth bass in a couple hours on various casting baits. They were all 12"-14" range.

Kid got a stomach bug and rain hit so we bailed otherwise I would still be our there. Neat place and would love to visit again some day.
