    Wonderful article.. spent many hours as kid fishing that chain and have a buddy who is on Sechrist. Great fishing is to be found there... anyone want to go??

    I'm not sure any of my Walleye gear is up to a big Musky.:(

    My great-grandpa was from that area and loved Musky fishing. I got his tackle box when he died. He had these little wire basket looking things with a big treble hook hanging down below. I could never figure out what they were for until I ran into another old time Musky fisherman. I described them to him, he laughed and said it's a baby duck rig.:n00b:

    I'm guessing those are frowned upon by the fish cops now days.:laugh:

    Just returned from a VERY COLD day on Webster!! UGH!!!

    Was dragging meat and casting NOTHING!
