Shooting into heavy brush is not a responsible shot to be taking. I am sure a lot of people do it and are successful, but there is no 100% proven effective round for doing so.

I missed one, checked zero on my 300 win mag this afternoon and didn't even hit the target at 100 yards. I had taken the scope, rings and bases off when I got it and blue loctited it and torqued it back down. It lasted 87 rounds before something came loose or let go. Gonna take it a part later and find out what's wrong. But not putting the Nikon scope ring combo back on it. I need to order a sun shade for my 243 with swfa fixed 16, its not a good scope for facing west at sun down. Gonna move my blind tomorrow and take the old Mossberg it doesn't suffer any scope issues and is trusty out to 100 yards.
