    Heard many frogs on the pond this afternoon. Hopefully a sign of early spring. I also had several red wing black birds roosting in the trees this evening

    Yes sir, my neighbors pond had the peepers singing last night. I think when it was extremely cold in mid November to mid December that winter actually started a month early and is now ending a month early. It hit 80 degrees down here in SE Indiana today for record high. But the Ohio River is at flood stage and we are supposed to get 4 days of rain.:nailbite:

    Noticed the peepers last evening. I'm going from memory here, but it may have also been the end of Feb last year when I first heard them.

    Woodcock makes it thru the filter but not sal****er?? Anyway been seeing kill dears and vultures this last week too!! Also a welcome sight
