    Can you fish eagle creek with a boat that has a greater than 10hp motor if you don't run it, or you can't be on the water at all with a greater than 10 hp motor?

    No restriction on having a motor larger than 10 hp on/in your boat. Supposed to be 10 hp or less to be used. You’ll see a lot of big bass boats, think Ranger, on the reservoir. Most have a smaller kicker like a 9.9 that they use. Guess the rest must use a trolling motor(?)

    BTW, I was told it’s not the DNR that enforces the rule. Rather it’s up to the Park Rangers to catch potential violators.
