    2 oz. Premium Vodka
    4 oz. Cranberry juice
    1 twist of lemon
    1 really fat wallet and portfolio(reserved)

    in in a large shaker, add ice, and liquid ingredients. Shake until frosted. Pour into prechilled martini glass, garnish with lemon. Repeat recipe three times. After 30 minutes add in wallet and stock portfolio reserved from earlier. Enjoy.

    My SIL traps 40 - 50 a year he has cooked it and says it is not bad.

    Beaver tail is very good. You burn the skin off, then grill. It's white meat and fatty but good. Sort of gelatinous.
