Looked for a long time for USA made (built) rubber hunting boots. Finally got them today. I’m a 10.5 EE, I had read these run a bit small so I got the 12’s. The boots fit well with thick hunting socks. Ordering from the Kamik web site was the way to go. I’ll field test them this weekend.

I'd like to know how they hold up. The only rubber boots I've ever had that lasted are my Mucks. I was looking at my rubber boot grave yard just the other day and I was disgusted thinking of the over $1,000 they represented. I have a hard time throwing them away. They all were reported to be durable. They all developed cracks in the lower boot at the flex points. I know I have spent over $100 trying various patch/water-proof products and maintenance/care products. Before my Muck's, I resorted to carrying two kitchen garbage bags with me. I would slip them over my boots to cross a creek. It was cheep, and it worked, but ridiculous that I had to do that to keep feet dry in over hundred dollar boots.

Yours look like quality lowers. Hope they last and keep your feet dry for a season or two.

So what do you wear those for? I never got the rubber boot thing except for duck hunting or working out in the barnyard.

I can relate, the pair I'm wearing now have been patched with rubber tire patches numerous times and currently sport a nice wrap of camo duct tape. Odd thing is I've had a new in the box pair for probably 4 yrs now.

Well the boots are boots so far.. the comment about EE sizes is true, I got one boot that fits great and one that almost fits great. I think it’s just a foot thing. Time will tell on durability.. I hunt a field most of the time and I’ll do an occasional woods trip that has a creek. But mostly it’s the tall dewy grass that annoys me the most.
