Patoka Lake

Do yall have any suggestions for Patoka Lake? I'm from Georgia and everything I've tried that worked down there hasn't worked up here. I typically bass fish, but I do go for most everything else.

I'd be interested in a response as well. I've never fished there, but want to.
I searched and found several references to Patoka, but nothing terribly helpful. Sorry.

If your asking about baits, from my luck, I've used smoke/chartreuse 5" Yamamoto on 3/8 weedless jig, red shad 7" worm Texas rigged, purple lizard TX. rigged, black/gold crankbait/rattle traps. If locations, there are 3 islands at Patoka that has produced several decent bass for me.
Also,
White spinner baits with Colorado or Indiana blades work well.

Since the weeds have died the fishing has sucked. I'd go up river and flip stumps, way up river past kings bridge. 10" worm has always produced for me.

I live 5 minutes away and have always did good with a natural looking baby 1 minus along the rip rap. Many of bass caught.
