Suppressor still legal hunting equip?

Hello all. I was looking through the 2019 IN H&T Guide and don't see mention of suppressor use while hunting. Did something change or are they still legal equip. I contacted state and awaiting call back from local CO however seeing if anyone can point out the law in the meantime. Forum and google search has failed me so far.

CO called back with answer

Just spoke with local CO and stated suppressors remain legal on private hunting property with written permission. Can not use on public property.

I have no cite. This is what CO provided verbally over phone. I am unable to find the law via online searches. I would also like to see the Indiana code if anyone can help.

IC 14-22-6-11 was the code that made silencers illegal to use while hunting. It was repealed on July 1, 2013 under HB1563.
