Saw this guy on the camera card the other day. Found the shed not far from where he was in the picture. I have seen at least one other on the cameras sporting just one antler.

Nice find. I never find sheds around me. There are so many squirrels on my property that they snag them up as soon as they fall. I have been told that the squirrels sharpen their teeth on them and eat them for calcium too. I also remember someone on INGO saying that they put corn in a bucket at this time of year hoping that the bucks put their heads in the bucket thus knocking off their loose antlers on the ground. I have never tried that but sounds like a good idea.

I have very few that haven't been chewed on by the squirrels. Some have entire tines chewed off. I have one spike I found a few years ago that hadn't been chewed but the rest are all at least partially chewed.

This is one I found a few years ago and what they typically look like. This was in better condition than some that we've found.

23rd had a decent 8 missing a side. Head out this weekend.

Have found less than a dozen over the years.
    Half chewed.

One was perfect, found in crp...in bow season.
Figured it chewed, nope. Basic 6 w kickers.
    Scored 90".

Deer was found dead after season a ways off.
    189 non typ.

Current place tiny. Bud has never found one there.
    Lots of squirrels.

Have seen big bucks elsewhere w full headgear up to 2-15

This buck was on my trail cam the other day and he still has all his antlers. All the other bucks on my cameras have already shed theirs.
This Buck still has not shed his antlers 3-12-20.JPG

I haven't seen any bucks here that still have antlers. It's kind of odd as I usually see bucks with them until at least the end of March.

I've been out in the woods looking on several occasions but haven't found any more to date. Lots of bucks walking around with no antlers, but no more found.
