Need hands on advice, 1911 fitment of new colt, muncie area?

Hey ingo,

To drudge up the same issue I've been having....

I am looking for someone who is very knowledgeable of the 1911 to tell me if my new colt is fitted properly.
I'm a weekend warrior amature hack, so I need someone who knows the platform I side and out to look at this gun and tell me if it needs to be sent back....I don't trust colt to do it right based on their word.

Anyone close to muncie that could take a look?
I'll pay for your time, cash or beer whichever you prefer, but I need a pro please....can meet within 30 tp 40 minutes...but the truck gets 8mpg....I'd take it to Allen but that is a haul for me.

Maybe give Zach at ZR Tactical a call. He is a 1911 and 2011 gunsmith. He is in Noblesville so not that far from Muncie.

Thanks for the replies INGO.

As for meeting at the 1500, turns out the wife is working so I'll be babysitting...might still try to make it but friday would be the only day I could....usually my luck.

I dont make it to nobelsville too often but if I do I might have to look up the ZR guys.
I rarely make it to FT Wayne Migunner.
