My brother broke the windage adjustment screw on his A2 upper today. He needs the gun for a high power rifle clinic this weekend. Does anyone know of anywhere local in Fort Wayne that might carry one. Or by chance anyone on here local have an extra one they would part with. Thanks in advance!

How does one break this screw? I am really curious.

Let Larry know of your predicament and somebody will bring one to the clinic I am sure. I have a couple but won't be in town this weekend. You will only be shooting at 200 yards anyway.

Between this thread and the "Beaver Problems" one I'm wondering what's happening to INGO! :D

I don't know how you break this screw either, but I am really curious why you would "have a couple" of them if you haven't broken them (unless yours are all in complete sights).

I have several rear sights laying around. They were replaced by 1/2 minute sights. The windage screw is 1/2 minute on stock and match sights.

Every service rifle shooter would have one take off rear sight....
