Anyone have a J frame cutting hand?

I have a new extractor and would prefer to use a S&W cutting hand tool instead of a file.
If anyone has one i could possibly borrow or sell, please contact me.

I have never heard of such a tool. You might be surprised at how just a few light strokes of a file gets everything working. If any are needed at all.
